Finney, Elena

Elena Finney began her acting career at the age of seven, organizing her eight cousins and two brothers in plays and talent shows staged in her grandmother’s living room in Norco, California. She is a graduate of UCLA’s School of Theater, Film and TV. Of Mescalero-Apache, Mexican Tarascan Indian and Irish heritage, Elena is a member of NAFATA and Nosotros and has performed with The Autry's Native-American theater company, “Native Voices” (Teresa in Kino and Teresa as Teresa as well as with the bilingual, Frida Kahlo Theater (Malinche in Malinche). Elena is also a trained dancer, juggler and stilt-walker and has performed with Girls on Stilts, Second Nature Productions, Disney's California Adventure and in several music videos. Elena is a graduate of UCLA's School of Theater, Film and TV. Elena is also a mentor for the Native Voices’ Young Native Playwright’s Project.
TV Credits include Medical Investigation (NBC), Charmed (WB), Popular (WB), and G vs. E (Sci-Fi Channel). Film Credits include a supporting role in Jeff Bassetti's cutting edge sci-fi thriller, WYSIWYG. Elena can also be heard as the voices of the animated characters: Ashley Olsen in The Parasitic Olsen Twins, Frank, the Abbreviation Bunny in The Superlative World of Abbreviations and as Sarah in Famous Inventors in LA Weekly comic Mike Hollingsworth's animated website: BabyBirdComic.com
