Sarasota Native American Indian Market

December 3, 2010 (All day) - December 5, 2010 (All day)

Native American fine artists from all over North America will gather to present their work and share their culture for the weekend. The artists, representing various tribes will include some of the finest painters, jewelers, beaders, flute makers, potters, sculptors and leather workers in the Native American art world.

We are honored to have Allen Mose Jr. from the Dineh’ (Navajo) as our guest entertainer. Allen is a Grammy award winning singer who will be bringing the traditional songs, drumming and chanting from his culture to share with us throughout the weekend.

The market will open Friday evening for a preview from 5pm to 9pm, Saturday from 10-6pm and Sunday from 10-5pm. Please join us for this unique event and experience the artistry, culture and music of the Native American people.

NOTE: This event is a Native American fine art show. All artist/vendors make their sell their own work and are members of federal or state recognized tribes.

This will be held at the fine art center in downtown Sarasota with a maximum of 20 artists booths available.
