Bowman Performance Consulting, LLC (BPC) provides professional, scientific, and technical services including Native American services for rural, urban, and tribal populations; evaluation and evaluation training for programs, organizations, and systems; provides scientific research and data collection; training in policy development for scientifically rigorous research and evaluation that meets local context and culture. BPC’s specialty is conducting social science research, development, and training in communities of color, at risk, and in poverty through culturally relevant research and training.
