Ft. Hamby Pow WowSeptember 19, 2008 - 9:00am - September 21, 2008 - 5:00pm Second annual Pow Wow stressing education. School kids and Boy Scouts will have the opportunity to learn lots of information all week end. We have legend keepers, flint knappers, pipe carvers, gourd carvers, and lots of other things going on all day. The Pow Wow will be at the swimming area in the park, the Tee Pees will be in the volley ball area and the educational part will be at The Forest Edge Amphitheater. The dance honors the Veterans, so bring your favorite one. Our craft vendors have good hand made crafts and our food vendor has Buffalo burgers, Indian Tacos, and Fry Bread, so come hungry and try something new.
