“Honoring Those We Serve” - COLHCA is a native owned home care agency serving the Native American Communities both on and off the reservations. Our agency provides Personal Care Attendants to anyone with a medical or mental health need to assist them with activities of daily living. Most of our PCA’s are familiar to the clients receiving services whether it be an agency appointed care giver, family member of the client or a familiar member of the clients community. Promoting healthcare within the Native American communities.
