This is a teaching powwow. We will have demonstrations and lots of things that everyone can do and see. We will have lots of dancers in regalia and lots of great vendors that you can visit while you're with us. There will be a native village with tipi's (lodges) that you can look in and take pictures in front of, we will also have re-enactors with period clothing and equiptment. The DAV will have a wonderful display of military vehicles and gear from now and years gone by in a museum type setting to honor all of our vetrans. There will be an arena that you can try your hand at throwing a tomahawk, or spear. You can also try shooting a blowgun and for the kids we have corn cob darts, and the rabbit stick game.

The donations and vendor fees are what we will be using to pay for next years powwow, so all donations are greatly appreciated.

Everyone bring a lawn chair and come join the fun.

No admission charge but a $2 raffle ticket bought at the gate will give you a chance to win a prize donated from one of our great vendors.
